Lauryn (Mary Elizabeth Winstead) for part Chicago with dreams of entering one of the most prestigious schools of dance become a dancer affirmed. But specimen Lauryn unfortunately does not go as hoped. Due to the untimely death of both parents, Lauryn must put aside his dreams and find a job to help his brother Joel who kept the 'family business (a' workshop). Lauryn is forced to fall back working as an accountant in a room, Ruby, where the girls perform in a whole new dance called "burlesque." Lauryn discovers a new form of dance and begins a journey to discover a new world and of itself, not without disappointments.
